Can you explain your pricing plans?The Pricing page shows 3 plans which are as follows. If the technician is unable to solve your issue, your payment will be 100% refunded. - One Hour of Home Based IT Support: Choose this to buy one hour of Home based IT support. Contact us beforehand to find out how we can help you. Support can be provided remotely or through on-site visits. This plan provides you access to our Zoho Desk ticketing system. Monthly Home Based plan also available. - One Hour of Office Based IT Support: Choose this to buy one hour of Office based IT support. Contact us beforehand to find out how we can help you. Support can be provided remotely or through on-site visits. Monthly Office Based plan also available. This plan provides you access to our Zoho Desk ticketing system. - Microsoft 365/Google Workspace Setup: We assist you in setting up and managing your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace subscriptions, including configuring a custom domain and email. There is a $199 initial setup fees and $99 monthly administration fees. Contact us to see how we can help you.

What kind of response times can I expect?Once you enter a ticket in our Zoho Desk ticketing system, we get an email right away and will prompt us to work on the issue in an immediate manner. That being said, we aim to resolve most issues within 2-6 hours.

What ticketing system will I get access to?We use Zoho Desk which is a modern ticketing-based customer support web application. Click here to find out more about it.

With the monthly IT support plan, how many computers/devices can I get support on?We provide IT support based on time spent on an issue. You could have any number of devices in your office, it won’t matter.

Do you use any remote access software to provide support? If so, which one?We use Zoho Assist Remote Access software. Click here to find out more about it.
